As a beginner who tries to reap the dollar on the internet, first I am very familiar with the definition of page rank. Therefore, I am a few days googling to find definitions page rank is.

I found this definition on wikipedia page rank. According to wikipedia, page rank (PR) defined an algorithm created by Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin are working to determine how important or how popular a site in cyberspace. How is the formula that the page rank algorithm?

Still according to wikipedia, algorithm, page rank is calculated with the formula as below:

Algorithm PR (A) = (1-d) + d [(PR (T1) / C (T1)) + ... + (PR (Mr.) / C (Mr)]

The formula for other algorithms, PR (A) = (1-d) / N + d [(PR (T1) / C (T1)) + ...

+ (PR (Mr.) / C (Mr)]

* PR (A) is the PageRank page A
* PR (T1) is the PageRank of page T1 refers to page A
* C (T1) is the number of outgoing links (outbound links) on page T1
* D is a damping factor which can be between 0 and 1.
* N is the total number of web pages indexed by google.

The definition of page rank

From this formula the page rank algorithm, the effect is page rank pages that refer to page A and the number of links. The explanation is as follows:

A page will be considered important (has a high page rank) if other pages have a link to that page.
A page will also become increasingly important if other pages rank (pagerank) high refers to the page.
In addition, in each page will be inbound links (incoming links) and outbound links (links keuar) of each web page.

Therefore, the calculation of page rank is recursive (repetitive) of thousands, millions even billions of web pages. A process that is very large and complex. Need not be confused with the process of calculating page rank, Google itself is counted koq.

Page rank scale

After knowing the definition of page rank, we also have to know Sakala page rank. Page rank is calculated on a scale of 1-10. A site that has a page rank 9 will be ranked first in Google’s search listings than sites that have page rank 8 and then onwards are smaller.

I’m trying to figure out the page rank several well-known sites. The most high page rank it is Google that is 10, while Yahoo has a page rank 9. ShoeMoney blog has a page rank 6, the Compass page rank 7, and his detiksport page rank 6. One of Indonesia’s free blog of his page rank 5 is www.jurnalisme.wordpress.com blog.

So, page rank is made google algorithm to determine how important or popular a site (blog or website). Another function of this page rank is to sort the site in google search list.

For the second list that sitemap, wordpres blog owner does not bother him because it was provided by wordpress. For info, the form is yourblogname.wordpress.com sitemap / sitemap.xml, while the news sitemap is yourblogname.wordpress.com / news-sitemap.xml.

It is important to remember, on condition that you can list your blog sitemap to Google is that you must have a Gmail email and have verified your blog. If not yet verified or not verified your wordpress blog, follow the guide on how to verify the blog on Google.
